45 um easy peel protective film for bright annealing ss steel anti dirt anti scratch
This product is a specially designed protective film with proper adhesion strength for bright annealing ss steel so that it is easy peel after all processes and installations are done.
This protective film is composed of LDPE film and pressure sensitive adhesive.
If pressure sensitive adhesive is used to produce protective film, proper adhesion is important. If adhesion is much too stronger than required, the protective film can be applied on the ss steel well, but it will be hard to peel off the film and the risk of glue residue after removal is also much higher. If adhesion is too low, the protective film can not stay on surface.
